Travel Costs

All Travel Costs are Due Before services rendered

Travel Fee will be added When:

$25 per every 15 minutes after the first hour

Your venue is over an hour away from my office.

hotel cost will be added as an expense on the invoice When:

TBD per Location

A wedding or event runs longer than 8 hours $ is located 2 or more hours away from my office
When coordinating a rehearsal at a venue that is 2 hours or more away from my office
When officiating a wedding or elopement that is 3 or more hours away from my office
When officiating a wedding rehearsal that is 3 or more hours away from my office
Other circumstances may necessitate a hotel room & will be discussed upfront with my client

A travel Fee will be added when:

TBD per instance

Picking up or dropping off items for a client

Item(s) must be paid for in FULL in ADVANCE, along with the purchase receipt sent over to Happily Everitt After Services before any service is provided
