Assistance during the day of the wedding, examples are: Meeting vendors and making sure everyone is in the right places. Help set up and take down. Bus tables during dinner. Help keep the time-line flowing. Includes 2-3 meetings before wedding
Everything including in the Day of pricing plus keeping the rehearsal organized by bringing printouts of the timeline. Making sure ceremony vendors know where they are supposed to be during the wedding.
Includes 2-3 meetings before wedding
Everything including in the Day of & Rehearsal pricing plus contacting all your vendors the Monday before the wedding to make sure everything is squared away. Help set up the day before the wedding & take down the day after the wedding. Help put out fires or problems that arise during the week leading up to the wedding.
Includes 2-3 meetings before wedding week
Everything including in the Week of pricing plus contacting all your vendors introducing me as your month of coordinator shortly after you sign the contract with me (or as you book other vendors). When the 1 month benchmark hits, I'll be in consistent communication with your vendors as needed. I'll also help find solutions to problems that arise during the month leading up to the wedding.

Everything including in Month of plus initial planning, vendor recommendations, help making decorations & more.
Includes monthly meetings until wedding
There will be a total of 2 workers cleaning up your venue by bussing tables, wrapping up decorations & placing them in appropriate boxes. Other responsibilities are loading the decorations into a truck/Uhaul, taking out trash, spot sweeping & performing any other cleanup instructions provided by the venue.
Set-up is also an option to add-on.
