Travel Costs

All Travel Costs are Due Before Services Are Rendered

Travel Fee will be added when:

$25 per every 15 minutes each way after the first hour

Your venue is over an hour away from my office.

Hotel Cost will be added as an expense on the invoice when:

TBD per Location

A wedding or event runs longer than 8 hours and is located 2 or more hours away from my office
When coordinating a rehearsal at a venue that is 2 hours or more away from my office
When officiating a wedding or elopement that is 3 or more hours away from my office
When officiating a wedding rehearsal that is 3 or more hours away from my office
Other circumstances may necessitate a hotel room & will be discussed upfront with my client

A Travel Fee will be added when:

TBD per instance

Picking up or dropping off items for a client

Item(s) must be paid for in FULL in ADVANCE, along with the purchase receipt sent over to Happily Everitt After Services before any service is provided

Based out of Bristol, Tennessee. Willing to travel.
